Been coming here for years, Shannon, in the office, has always been an insane amount of help. I had an instant of trying to find an order with another location down south and it took them multiple tries and ultimately had to call me back because they had a line. I called Shannon, asked for help and in less than a few mins my issue was resolved. A great asset to pioneer and site one with knowledge that should be learned from.

I call ahead of time and ask if they sell small amounts of gravel. I'm told yes, we sell it by the five gallon buckets. I drive all the way from Queen Creek. Just to find out when I get there. " Oh, you need to bring your own buckets" it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. No worries found what I needed at home depot a half a mile away from the house.

Went in today and excellent customer service! The gentleman who helped us showed us examples of the rock we were looking for, letting us know about about the sizes of rocks available. Made our decision super easy!

Great place they're very easy to deal with in the staff definitely knows all of their product they also offer me free samples to take along with me to make sure the colors were correct.

Pioneer is a hidden gem with the absolutely nicest staff! I am probably not the customer they're used to, I was needing some small pieces of flagstone for a reptile enclosure rather than a bunch of gravel or rocks for landscaping. That being said, when I called and spoke to Cody he happily told me they could meet my needs and invited to me come take a look at their flagstones. When I arrived, Cody got me into a safety vest and directed me to a pallet full of flagstone pieces, exactly what I was looking for! I was able to pick out plenty of pieces and when I finished I was surprised to find I wasn't going to pay an arm and leg for it! Shannon and Ariana helped get me checked out and set up an account for me so I can return and get more stones or gravel in the future, with no pressure whatsoever. I'm definitely going back to Pioneer and highly recommend them, their lot is packed full of gravel, rock, and pallets of stones and other blocks and things anyone might need for their landscaping needs.
